1-2-1 Dog training

I can do home visits and train your dog in your own home. It is often the best way as i can then see how the dog reacts, in his/hers own surrounding.  I train your dog with you to be well mannered in public no lunging, barking pulling etc,
I also can train in the hall just you and your dog(s)

Group classes

 Group lessons. For puppies also group lessons for older dogs.

Heather Michelle Julie is lovely, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. She will find the best method in the different training styles and make them tailored to you and your fur baby needs, as well as making sure you understand thoroughly and know the clear training pathway that works for your fur baby. Julie will also happily change the training when needed if a certain way of training doesn't work. Julie from the first house visit and again in the first training session made me feel so relaxed and reassured that we can together work through how reactive my collie cross was to everything. Her knowledge has seriously helped me with my two lively reactive dogs to the point I can happily and safely let my dogs off the lead to run and play with other dogs. She helped me to understand and notice my dogs triggers and how to deal with them in the best way for my dogs.  She really does go over and beyond to help any dog big or small and their owners plus is always there to contact when support is needed. I would highly recommend Julie at jules happy place for dogs dog training with all training needs. My collie and collie cross absolutely adore Julie and they get so excited to see her. Really looking forward to our next training session at a dog park next week. I never thought I could reach this point with my anxious and reactive collie cross where she has come from shaking and barking at everything that moved to being off lead and solely focused on me and the ball. I can positively say I wouldn't have got to this point without Julie's help and knowledge.

Totally recommend Julie as a dog trainer, extremely punctual, reliable and obviously brilliant with my naughty Basil. Although he completely behaved himself for her (typical) She gave some great tips in our first session and I look forward to working with her in the coming weeks. Sharon Cain
